The Anaconda  will drop a fang and  you will take it back to the matriarch, she will  tell you about the hunt master in the savanna and that he can make it into a weapon.
you take it to him, and he will turn it for you. 
The matriarch says, "The hunt master of the Savannah has told me once that he
could create a weapon from the fang of the anaconda. A weapon of power and
mystical properties. If you have the fang, take it to the hunt master and ask
him about creating a weapon. Use those exact words and he may help you."

The hunt master takes the anaconda fang and wraps a leather grip onto it it. He
expertly smooths out the fang with a stone and cleans it with oil and a soft
cloth. When he finishes he hands the magical fang to you with a gleam in his
